‍This 5th edition will take place from Monday, October 12 to Sunday, October 25, 2026, in participating restaurants in Montréal and Québec City.

The goal of this event is to offer an exciting experience for ramen enthusiasts, giving them the opportunity to celebrate this iconic dish over the course of two weeks.
